Questions buyers actually ask

Where does the data come from?
BC Corporate Registry weekly notices (published under the King's Printer Licence) and the City of Vancouver business-licence open dataset (Open Government Licence – Vancouver). Both are official, public, and licensed for commercial reuse with attribution — which we print on every issue.
Is cold outreach to these businesses legal?
CASL permits commercial email to addresses conspicuously published without a no-solicitation note, where your message is relevant to the recipient's role (s.10(9)(b) implied consent) — and always requires identification + unsubscribe. We ship the published-source URL for every contact so your basis is documented, and we flag rows with no published contact rather than inventing one.
Why are some rows missing contact info?
Because the company is days old and hasn't published any yet. That's the point — you reach them at formation (registered agent, direct visit, mail) or wait for our re-scan to append contacts as they appear. Vendors who show 100% email coverage on day-0 incorporations are selling guesses.
